If you need help from the Rotor support team, you can open a ticket directly from the portal instead of going through the in-app chat bot. The ticket portal is also where you go to check on requests you have already submitted.
Finding the Ticket Portal
Open the Rotor portal on web and select the Tickets tab in the top navigation, alongside Feedback, Roadmap, Updates and Help Center.
Submitting a Ticket
Click New Ticket in the top right.
Give the ticket a clear title that describes what is happening.
Add the detail our team needs to reproduce or understand the issue.
Submit the ticket. It will appear in your list right away with a ticket number.
Tip: The more specific the title, the faster it gets routed. “Invoice total does not match line items” is easier to act on than “billing issue.”
Tracking Your Tickets
The ticket list shows outstanding and resolved tickets together, so you have one place to reference what is still open and what has already been handled. Each row shows:
The ticket title
Its ticket number, for referencing in conversations with support
Its current status, such as In Review or Completed
When it was last updated
Use the All and Created by me tabs to switch between everything visible to your company and only the tickets you submitted. The search icon lets you find a specific ticket by title.
Tips for Using the Ticket Portal Effectively
Check the list before submitting — someone on your team may have already reported the same thing.
Reference the ticket number when you follow up, so support can pull up the history immediately.
Include what you expected to happen and what actually happened. Screenshots help.
Use the chat bot for quick questions and a ticket for anything that needs to be tracked to resolution.
Congratulations! You now know how to submit a support ticket and keep track of it through to resolution.
