The Service Plans page gives you a centralized place to track and manage all of your service plans, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Getting There

Navigate to Service in the nav bar, then select Service Plans.

The Plans Table

At a glance, the table shows you everything you need to know about each plan:

  • Frequency — how often the service recurs

  • Service & Service Type — what the plan covers

  • Customer — who the plan is for

  • Duration — the length of the plan

  • Agreement — whether an agreement has been generated, and if so, whether it's signed or unsigned

  • Status — active or inactive

  • Sold By — which team member sold the plan

  • Total Sale Value — the full contract value

  • Actual Revenue Collected — what's been billed and collected so far

  • Billing Mode — how the plan is billed

  • Jobs Completed — how many jobs have been completed under the plan

Filters

The real power of this page is in the filters. You can combine them to quickly surface the plans that need attention. Some useful examples:

  • Unsigned agreements created in the last 30 days — find customers who still need to sign and follow up

  • Sold by a specific team member — track service plan performance by rep, could also filter for only active service plans to really get how much they have sold.

  • Active vs. inactive plans — review inactive plans to make sure none were lost or forgotten

  • Billing mode — filter by how plans are billed

Exporting

An export button is coming soon, which will let you download filtered results directly from the table.
