Your profile holds your personal account details: how you appear in Rotor and to customers, how Rotor reaches you, and how you log in. Every team member has their own profile, and only you can edit yours.
Open your profile
Log in to Rotor on the web app.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Profile.
Photos
Profile Picture: shown to your team inside Rotor. Click Upload Photo. JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 10MB.
Client-facing photo: sent to customers with On My Way messages. It's separate from your profile picture, so you can use a professional headshot here.
Personal information
Update your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number, then click Save Personal Information.
SMS notifications
Choose which texts Rotor sends to your phone number:
Account activity notifications: security, login activity, and important updates.
Product updates and promotions: new features, tips, and offers (up to 4 per month).
Check or uncheck either box, then click Save Personal Information. You can also reply STOP to any message to opt out.
These settings only control texts from Rotor to you. Admin alerts about leads, payments, and jobs are set under profile icon → Notifications. See Notifications.
Change your login email
Click Change Email.
Enter and confirm your new email, then click Send Code.
Enter the verification code to finish.
Each team member changes their own login email. Admins can't edit another user's email from Settings → Team.
If the new email won't verify, contact support through the chat in Rotor or at support@getrotor.com. Include your company name, your current email, and the new one. We can update it for you so you keep your account and history.
Change your password
Click Change Password.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Click Update Password.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol (such as ! @ # $ % ^ & *).
