Submitting a Feature Request
How to suggest a new feature on the Rotor feedback portal, vote on other ideas, and follow requests through to release.

Have an idea that would make Rotor work better for your business? Post it on the Feature Request board in the Rotor feedback portal. Our product team reviews every request there, and votes from other Rotor users help decide what gets built next.
Why the Feature Request Board Matters
It reaches the product team directly. Ideas shared in chats or emails can get lost. The board is what our product team reviews when planning.
Votes show what matters most. Other Rotor users can upvote and comment on your request, which shows us how many businesses need it.
You'll get updates. When a request's status changes, everyone who posted or voted on it is notified.
Submitting a Request
Go to feedback.getrotor.com.
Open the Feedback tab and choose the Feature Request board.
Search the board to see if someone has already posted the same idea.
If it already exists, upvote it and add a comment about how you'd use it.
If it doesn't, create a new post with a clear title and a short description.
Tip: Describe the problem, not just the solution. "Send a reminder to customers with an overdue invoice" is easier to act on than "better invoices."
Following a Request
Each request shows its current status, such as In Review, Planned, In Progress or Completed. Use the Roadmap tab to see what's planned and in progress, and the Updates tab to see what has shipped.
Tips
Post one idea per request so each one can collect its own votes.
Include how often the problem comes up and how it affects your business.
Leave out personal details like phone numbers or customer names. Requests are public.
Something broken? Use the Bug Report board or open a support ticket instead.
Congratulations! You can now submit and follow feature requests in Rotor.
