Objective
This video explains how to access mobile app settings, customize the tab bar layout, enable notifications, and contact support. Follow these steps to personalize the app experience and ensure important alerts are turned on.
Key Steps
1. Open the Mobile Settings Menu 0:07
Tap the three dots in the bottom-right corner of the mobile app.
This opens the menu where you can access settings and other mobile options.
Use this area to manage items not currently shown on your hotbar, including KPI-related tabs.
2. Adjust the App Appearance 0:18
In the Settings section, locate the appearance option.
Choose one of the available display modes:
Light
Dark
Match device settings
Select the option that best fits your preference or device theme.
3. Reorder Tabs on the Hotbar 0:32
Return to the tab area and press and hold a tab with your thumb.
Drag the tab to the desired position.
Arrange the tabs in the order that is most useful for your workflow.
4. Add or Remove Tabs 0:42
You can keep up to five separate tabs in addition to the fixed tabs.
To remove a tab, tap the remove button for that tab.
To add a new tab, select the tab you want and drag it into place.
Continue adjusting until the tab layout matches your needs.
When finished, tap Done and then Confirm to save the changes.
5. Enable Notifications 1:07
When prompted by the app, allow notifications by selecting Yes.
If you previously selected Deny, return to the prompt or device settings and enable notifications manually.
On a real phone, the app may direct you to your device settings to turn notifications on.
Note: notification setup may not work in a simulator, but it should work on a physical device.
6. Use Help and Support 1:22
Open Help and Support from the same screen when you need assistance.
Use this option to:
Ask questions
Report bugs
Send issues or concerns to the support team
This is the main place to contact the team for app-related help.
Cautionary Notes
Permission timing: If you deny notification access when first prompted, you may need to enable it later in your phone’s settings.
Tab limits: Only a limited number of tabs can be added separately; do not exceed the allowed number.
Save changes: Always tap Done and Confirm after rearranging tabs, or your changes may not be saved.
Tips for Efficiency
Choose your preferred appearance setting once to reduce future adjustments.
Keep the most-used tabs in the first positions for faster navigation.
Review your tab layout after changes to make sure the most important items are easy to reach.
Enable notifications early so you do not miss important app alerts.
Use Help and Support as soon as you notice a bug to speed up resolution.
