Use Rotor's calling feature to route incoming calls to your team through the desktop and mobile app, so they can answer and make calls from anywhere.

Finding Your Number

Go to Settings and select the Engagement option. If you have a number set up with us, it will appear here.

If you don't have a number yet and would like one, reach out through the support messaging and we can get one set up for you. We can also port an existing number in.

Enabling Mobile Calling

Click Manage next to your number and confirm that Mobile Calling is enabled. If it isn't showing as enabled, click Refresh and it should update automatically.

Configuring Call Routing

Click the Edit button next to the number you want to set up. From here you can route calls to a personal number, or through the app to your Rotor users.

To ring your team through the app, select Route in-app to Rotor users. With this option, selected users will be rung on both desktop and mobile and can answer calls from anywhere.

Browse your user list and select or deselect who should receive incoming calls. All selected users will ring simultaneously when a call comes in.

Voicemail

Enable or disable voicemail using the toggle. If enabled, set how long a call should ring before going to voicemail.

For your voicemail greeting, type the message you want callers to hear and a text-to-speech voice will read it out.

Coming soon: You will be able to record a custom voicemail greeting directly in the app, just like a standard phone voicemail.

Call Recording

You can choose to record incoming calls, outgoing calls, or both. Toggle these on or off to suit your needs.

Saving Your Settings

Once you are happy with your configuration, click Save and you are good to go.
