Notifications keep you and your team informed about what's happening in your business like new leads, signed agreements, payments, job summaries, and more.

Accessing Notification Settings
Only admins and owners can configure notifications. To get there:
Click your profile icon in the top corner
Select Notifications
You'll see two sections: Admin Notifications and Member Notifications.
Notification Channels
For each event, you can choose how you're notified:
Push β mobile push notification (requires the app to be installed and signed in)
SMS β text message to your phone
Email β sent to your account email
Web β in-app notification at the top of the screen, with a link to the relevant record
Admin Notifications
These are company-wide β when enabled, you'll receive notifications for that event across your entire company, not just your own activity.
Leads
Customers
Payments
Quotes
Jobs
Communications
Tasks
Member Notifications
Only owners can configure member notifications. These settings apply to all non-admin members (technicians and other staff) β they cannot be set individually per member at this time.
Custom Notifications via Workflows
The built-in notification settings cover the most common events. For more advanced or specific use cases, you can build a custom workflow:
Go to Workflows
Create a trigger (e.g., "Invoice paid" or "Invoice sent")
Add a Send Notification action
Specify which users should receive it and write a custom message
Workflows give you full control over who gets notified, when, and what the message says.
