Web: Scheduling one-time jobs reverts to today's date after agreement

When scheduling a one-time job on the web dashboard after an agreement, the selected date reverts to today's date regardless of what was chosen. This incorrect date is then sent to the customer. This is happening on the web platform.

Visits not removed from schedule after customer deletion

I am experiencing a bug where deleting a customer does not automatically remove their associated visits from the schedule. This leads to orphaned visits and errors when attempting to delete services that were tied to the deleted customer. *Note from Noah: this happened from web. visits remained on schedule with “No Customer” and unable to be removed

quote changes

after creating and sending a quote to the client if they ask me to drop some stuff out of it, like interior windows for example, i can’t edit it so the final price reflects the correct amount. i delete the items, i convert to quote but the total still remains the first number i sent

Checklists Requirement

There is an issue with the checklists where even though I have certain marked as “Not required” they still need to be completed in the field before a job is completed

Active calls drop upon app navigation

The customer reports an issue where active calls initiated within the Rotor application are prematurely disconnected. This occurs when the user navigates away from the active call screen to any other section of the app, such as the schedule, inbox, or back to the customer profile. The customer states that this behavior is new and did not occur previously. They are seeking a resolution or clarification on the cause.

Technician permission

Technicians are currently able to see jobs that aren’t assigned to them through the small schedule section on the main page. They can click into these jobs and see customer details, job information, revenue/pricing, etc. This is a pretty serious permissions/privacy issue. Technicians should only be able to see jobs they’re actually assigned to, regardless of where the job appears in RotorThis needs to be fixed ASAP.

If you click on the home page where it says overdue visits. it just takes you to the main monthly calendar

There isn’t any info to know which visits are overdue like a list view or anything so it isn’t helpful in understanding what visits are overdue

Scheduling bug

Whenever I add a second tech to a job it blacks it out like this. Also if I move the job to another date it stays like this on the original date where the job should no longer be.
