Sending quote issue

When I create a quote and add line items as $0 or free I then send to customer and they receive the quote without the free line items. Lead “Gina”.

    I believe that the issue with sending the quote and light items being zero is fixed. But now once the quote is approved and we make it a job all the zero dollar line items disappear.
