Import Jobs and Recurring Schedules
I want to be able to import my recurring jobs and schedules directly from Homebase into Rotor. Currently, I have to manually re-key everything, which is super time-consuming and makes transitioning to Rotor difficult. Having an import tool for jobs/schedules would be a huge help.

This is now available via submitting a Import Request to our team. Just be sure to add detail to the notes upon submitting it so we know that you’d like the past data to be mapped on the schedule. Keep in mind that the quality of the import primarily depends on on the quality of the data provided. If recurring service plans need to be created or there is other complex data requirements, we may charge a one-time fee to help sort it and import it accurately

We recently figured out how to copy card data over from other platforms which is a good step in this direction! I do agree that being able to import jobs would be a helpful add. Just a bit more of a complicated process depending on the quality of data that would be provided. It’ll be more on our backlog for now but will be very important as Rotor grows of course
