Custom Appointment reminders
It would be nice to have maybe one or two more appointment reminders as wall as the option to adjust how many days in advanced they are sent and the option to send them via email as well. It would help automat this process and the increased communication would help reduce the number of clients that need to be rescheduled and reaching out the day before to get rescheduled

@Porter Hansen If you go to Settings → Messaging, you can add a “Visit Schedule Details” variable or a “Job Time” variable that will help make sure your clients are getting the time as part of the notification!

Also could we get a variable that is just the “estimated arrival window” so it does not include the date

Yes so there is a job variable called “Visit Schedule Details” which actually has the estimated arrival window built in and will dynamically adjust based on whether there is an arrival window added or not! Let me know if you have any follow-up questions to this. I believe currently in the preview there is a minor typo but that isn’t actually a typo reflected when the messages are sent
