Mobile: Visit and Job Page, and Upsells

When you open a visit in the mobile app, you have everything you need to manage the job from start to finish.

Managing the Visit

At the top of the visit page, you can control the visit timer:

  • Start — begins the visit and triggers any automations set up for when a visit starts

  • Pause — pause the timer if you're taking a break

  • Finish — marks the visit as done

Once you finish a visit, you can either:

  • Mark the job as complete — closes out the job entirely

  • Add another visit — if you need to return another day to finish the work


Line Items & Upsells

In the line items section, you can add additional line items during a visit to capture any upsells. When you add one, it automatically attributes the upsell to the current logged-in user — so commissions are tracked correctly without any extra steps.

You can also edit the discount, job number/schedule, and view additional job details from this screen.


Notes

The notes tab consolidates all relevant notes in one place so nothing gets lost. You can view:

  • Visit notes — specific to this visit; useful for post-visit summaries or reminders about what needs to be done

  • Job notes — notes tied to the overall job

  • Service plan notes — carried over from the service plan

  • Customer notes — any notes on the customer's profile
